Can Someone Tell Me What App This Is?

Hello. Here are two pictures, of apps that seem to customize app icons. I looked through the App Store and none of them seem to be the right one. Does anyone have any idea which app this is? Thank you

They are a couple different ones that can do this but I don't have any clue which one it might be.... Sorry... But have you checked YouTube for some ideas??? I know I've watched a few "What's on my iPhone Tags" and I've seen a couple different people have some of these apps.... If no one here might know I would search YT for iOS icon changer apps... Wish I could have been of more help...

It looks like it could be Springtomize, a jailbreak tweak. Is your iPhone jailbroken?

It appears as if the tweak "Winterboard" has been installed on that (those?) phone(s). Winterboard is a tweak for jail breakers and can be gotten (for free) from Cydia (the jail breaker's AppStore). With it, you can easily change the appearance of the phone's UI (to include icons and the appearance of apps).

I'm sure whoever owns that device has installed some sort of Hello Kitty or pink theme, most of which are also available on Cydia.

The key is that this type of effect can only be accomplished on a jail broken device. And, most themes come from Cydia (or various sites on the Internet). There is no way to make your phone look like this if it's stock (and there is nothing like it available Apple's AppStore.

Ah, no I've had that app - you don't need to be jail broken to use it, but it is just a skin for the app icons. It adds a shortcut to the app. You can create them using the app CocoPPa.
