Can i rejailbreak after update?

Hi im currently on 4.3.2 and my phone is already jailbroken. I wanna know if its possible for me to update it to 4.3.3 and rejailbreak it. Will it like do any harm or spoil my phone?

no it wont just upgrade and use redsn0w to jb unless you rely on unlock

Jailbreak with sn0wbreeze its the safest way, and it will preserve your baseband.
