Broken / damaged iPhone 5

I was just wondering if it is possible to change the "frame" between the front and the back digitizer ?
It's so damaged and it looks horrible.

I was trying to Google for iPhone parts, but can't seem to find it.

What is that part called ?

I'm not sure what the part is called but have a look here-

Yes. I've been repairing phones for about a year now, and I can tell you for certain you can buy that frame. But I should warn you- you have to remove every single component from the phone and reinstall, as it is basically the main piece of the phone everything attaches to. This also includes several heat shield stickers and other adhesive strips that would be needed to be purchased new.
