Bluetooth on ios7

Might have been asked before, but under the current update - my Bluetooth won't turn on. It won't turn on it settings or via control center.
Suggestions?

It really is supposed to be available, so my first suggest is to reset the phone: hold both the Home and Sleep buttons down until you see the Apple logo, then release.

Hopefully, that should sort it. If yes, yay! If not, holler back and we'll take another try at it.

Have you tried resetting your network settings? To do so, go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will reset your network settings to factory default. While you won't lose any data, you will have to re enter any passwords used to access network content.

I don't have the problem so cannot verify this works....
