Big Fat Angry Birds Update Lands in App Store

CNET reports that Angry Birds has had its first major update for many weeks today. Version 1.4.2, or the “big fat update” as Rovio is calling it, of one of the most addictive iPhone games ever, includes a whopping 15 new levels, support for the iPhone’s Retina display, as well as support for Game Center. Also included in the update is a new golden egg sound board, and localisation for efigs, Chinese and Japanese, plus the game now has optimised memory usage. It’s already one of the funniest, most charming and fun games around, and if you’re already a fan you’re in good company, as UK Prime Minister David Cameron recently announced that he can’t stop playing the game! We know how he feels!
