My iPhone 4S says " backup can not be completed". I've updated to the latest iOS but still no luck. I deleted my old backup and did a forced power off. Any other ideas?
Try backing up manually, in Settings - iCloud - Backup - Backup Now. Make sure your internet connection isn't slow. This can also be a reason for not finished backups to iCloud.
