Give an application where I can get themes or background, for my Iphone.

Backgrounds can be found just about anywhere... take a picture of something and set it as your background. Search google for "iPhone Wallpaper." As far as themes go... a Jailbreak is the only way to go about changing the themes on your iDevice.
