Apple ID problem

I changed my apple ID long time ago and as i changed now from my iphone5 to iphone6s i am asked every 30 minutes for my icloud password for my old apple ID (old e-mail address)
Where can i change this?
In iMessage and Facetime is the same old E-Mail Adress as well :-(
Any Ideas?

Take a look at your ID in Settings - iCloud. If the old email address is still there, disable Find my iPhone, enter the old password once more, then sign out. Choose to keep everything on the iPhone, when asked by a popup. Sign in with the new Apple ID afterwards.

The old email address can be removed from Messages and Facetime by tapping the i behind the address. The next screen will show "Remove this email". Tap it to delete the address.

thanks for the quick reply. unfortunately the e-mail account doesnt exist anymore and i dont know the password and i cant reset the password because theres no email! will i have ot take this to apple?

There's something else you should try first: change the new ID to the old one temporarily.
Here are Apple's instructions:
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID in iCloud - Apple Support

If this doesn't work, you'll have to contact Apple or take your iPhone to an Apple Retail Store.
