Hi
Do you think Apple regulates to what app goes on to the App Store? and do you think they test them out be for they go on to the App Store? Quite a few apps that I have bought do not do what they say they do.. I do my Best to read Description on every app that I do buy.

Apple does regulate which apps are available in the App Store. Apple tests every app and normally rejects apps that do not perform as advertised. If an app does not work as advertised, you can report it to Apple and ask for a refund.
