Any way to block all text and iMessages?

Is there anyway to block all text and iMessages while still allowing phone calls from everyone? I need a digital detox from texts and messages.

Yes and no. You can try one of the text and drive apps like AT&T Drive Mode, or an app like it. It basically silences incoming text messages. You can then read them at your leisure. There are other similar apps I am sure. Just have to do a little searching. Hope too find what you are looking for. Good luck and hope that this info may help a bit. Hopefully it does. You could go to Settings>Messages and turn off both iMessage and Send as SMS.

What I'm looking to do is stop all SMS and iMessages from being received to my iPhone.
