Animated Avatars

i saved lots of animated avatars to iPhoto on my macbook pro to use in the forum but the only one that works is one showing now,the others are all static,i haven't used anything over 100x100,i tried dragging the icon into Safari too but nothing seems to work,ideas anyone?

Are they all animated GIFs? If so, it is possible that they only saved the base frame and not the full animations. I have seen that happen when saving from the web browser to disk. You have to make sure you save the GIF as a GIF file and not as a png or jpg if memory serves.

yes thanks,this one is but the others were static,however i discovered that you can't use anything over 80x80 or they will display as static.
