All Dream Heights Neighbors missing.

I've been playing Dream Heights for a while now, up to 86 floors. For the past two weeks I have lost all my tower neighbors. They still seem to be in the loft floors as tenants, but when I look at the list of tower neighbors, it only shows my tower. I used to have over 100 neighbors. The game seems to be running for every other aspect, just no neighbors, which means I can invite any to be tenants in my lofts. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling, logging out of facebook and back in, but the situation doesn't change. Does anyone have the same problem, or had the same problem and know what I need to do??? I have tried searching through this forum and on other forums, but I haven't found this mentioned, only troubles with visiting neighbors via the skybridge etc. I know I can get tenants via visitors through the lift, but I prefer fb tenants, they are easier to use, pay better rent, and enable insta-stock. Any help would be appreciated.
