Activation Mode

I have an iPhone 5 that when it starts to roam or searching for service it takes me back into the activation mode. right now it is stuck there and wont connect to the network, can anyone help me figure out why?

Sounds like it's time for a Genius Bar visit. If there isn't one close by then I'd talk to my cell phone provider.
