Accidently reset factory settings...what do I do to fix this?

I have accidently hit the reset button for factory settings... The phone is an iphone4 att. I have a straight talk sim...they are my carrier. I did this while trying to estup the phone according to their settings they provided.anybody out there help?

you dont need blobs, you just need to know what the StraightTalk network settings are.
