A way to access a list of all previously accessed WIFI networks?

Using a jailbroken iPhone5, I'm hunting to find if I can get access to a list of all WIFI networks I've previously connected to and when. If I can also view previously 'forgotten' networks that would be awesome.

BetterWifi will show you all the networks you have connected to(as well as their passwords) from the time you install the tweak. I'm not sure about the forgotten networks
