3gs white apple loop

Hi I have a 3gs 16gb,the phone keeps restarting,the loading wheel loads up n then it stays on the white apple logo for about 5 mins and then goes off then starts all over again,I restored the phone to 6.1.3 and iTunes recognize's it as a new phone but the screen still has the white apple logo,has anyone came across this problem and fixed it,

You're in a boot loop. See if a DFU restore, not a recovery restore, corrects the issue.

It was the battery,I replaced it & it worked,

After I replaced the battery I noticed tger was 1 screw missing,does this matter or do I need it to make contact with the motherboard? Also when the on screen keypad pops up the top row of letters don't work,this is a new digitizer too
