3GS running 4.1 ultrasn0w (windows) upg or not ?

Hi there, i jailboke my phone a while ago but the battery seems to be running out in less than 12 hours.

I was looking to upgrade to something new maybe 4.3.3 or something, not that bothered about 5

can anyone tell me which guide to use, is it worth doing etc?

There's no way to upgrade to 4.3.3 unless you have your SHSH for 4.3.3. You could try doing a clean restore of 4.1(if Apple is still signing it) and then re-jailbreak. If you do update BE SURE to use a custom firmware so you don't update your baseband.
