3gs power off random

I posted simular treat couple pf months ago. I didnt have any problems with 3gs until couple of weeks ago. Now phone during the day randomly shuts off after that it wont turn on. it shows apple logo and shuts off. After some time, it turns on after i try mobile supstrate(volume up and power on). Then i tought it was ultrasnow problem, becouse its shuted down after edge activation. I did restore and setup as a new phone, but today it turned off couple of times. It happens when its on edge or 3g(if i noticed right), maybe is that "new"battery that is causing problems. I did see in diagnostics some Resetcounter.plst. Any ideas?
