2 phones one computer

I'd like to back my wife's Iphone up to my computer that already has my phones system on it? I've tried today to back hers up to the cloud but it' not happening. Twice it almost completed only to crap out at the last,now it won't even try.

I've been told that iTunes will recognize the difference between one phone and another. However, when I wanted to do the same thing as you do, I just created a separate Windows profile for my wife and I use it just for backing her phone up to iTunes and syncing. I'm kind of interested in knowing what others say, but I can tell you that works for us.

Yes, you need administrator rights to be able to create a second account.

yes this , i have 2 phones and a ipad and i back them all up to my pc .
