so i tired to restore with the original ipsw from apple for iphone 4...but it stopped in the middle with a error 3194 in itunes...i tired everything nothing workd ..checked the host file too...byt in vain...now im stuck to apple logo loop..did dfu restore...didnt work..plz help

i used iOS Soft Dev Pack + jb iOS 7.1..im on iphone 4 7.1.2 which was icloud locked ...i saw somewhere in a post to delete setup.app using bootrom exploit ..i did the same everything worked..excpet the sim carrier..
