iTunes sync on multiple computers

Probably silly question but new at iTunes.
Anyway my current iPhone sync is on my work laptop. If I now sync with home computer how do I avoid removing all apps,music, apps etc that have been added to iPhone since last sync on home computer?

You need to authorize PC at home as well and then do a transfer purchases and backup iphone

It is already authorized. But been a while since I did sync with home computer. Wanted to make sure it doesn't erase apps,music, photos, etc on iPhone when I sync with home computer.
