Phone is glitching up everyday

I can't even work my phone all the time...if I press the top of the screen something on the bottom of the screen will open up, I can't even text or tap Any letters without turning the phone to the side because if I wanted to spell a word that begins with p,k,l,m, or n or delete something it will click the return button. I have already taken it to the store and they said it was fine, im running out of options.
