siri using location services constantly

My battery has been suffering the last couple days and i've noticed that my location services are constantly on due to siri. In location services it shows siri using it and the icon on the front screen. I know others that have the 4s with siri enabled and location services enabled but siri only uses it when needed, but for me it's always using it.

Any ideas????

restarted phone and it's gone. Feels like i'm back with my droid, have proble the restart.

You do not have to restart your phone like we did with Androids.
Double click the home button. Along the bottom you will see four of the last apps left open that are still running. Press and hold one till they wiggle and the red minus sign appears. Touch each minus to close that app. It will keeping adding app's that are still open. Continue until all are closed.

THIS WILL NOT DELETE YOUR APP's WHILE IN THIS MODE.

Single press of the home button returns you back to your normal home screen.

siri was the problem, and that's not part of the open programs in the tray. Tried that. Only the restart cured me.
