About LinkBacksJust bought the 4s and hold the home button down for 2 seconds which must be the large round button on bottom. Blue screen comes up saying "voice control" like my old Ip4. any help?

are you having siri activated? go to setting> general> siri ON/ if it's on over there and still not working, then go to settings> general> restrictions> Siri ON/
Your siri should show up when you push hold the home button.- Share

goto settings > general > Siri and make sure Siri is turned on.
