question about iPad2

Sorry, not sure where is the proper location for it, in anyway, If I have a internet service for my iPhone4 can I just pop the sim in to iPad2 and will the 3g work on it???

Or You cant use the iphone4 sim with the iPad at all?

yes it will work but some providers dont like you doing it and if they find out they can terminate your contract and stop your number from working, so make sure they are ok with it.

no but there is this carrier in the uk called GiffGaff and it has unlimited data for £10 a month and i tried it in a ipad 2 and it worked, but the carrier does not allow it..

it does work.. not just with that carrier but with any micro sim.. att/o2/vodafone and any other countries carriers

i am getting both... since there are so many wifi spots and carriers offer unlimited wifi which i really better then 3g but some times 3g is needed

I'm thinking about getting one. No need for the 3G version however. I'll always have my iPhone with me so just use tethering. Saves an extra monthly bill...
