im glad to see this forum helping ppl and help alot of users
i have a serious problem with my iPhone 4
my iphone is iPhone 4
jealbreaked & cydia
and iOS 5
my problem is
when i try to buy somethings with iTunes or App store or just app conies in games or ina pps
appear to me this
please contact iTunes support for complate this transaction
i was try my best its also appeaar to me when i use iOS 4 it's works once and twice tehen appear to me this
and when i install iOS 5 it works 3-4 times and blocked again
can i fix this with any anything in cydia or download some pakage on it ?
i hope i can find someone help me to fix it

You should try to contact iTunes support. It is something with your account. But what you can do is buy the app on your computer and sync it from there as a work around for now

but about games coins i can't buy anything there's some one tell me u should to be in terminal mode or something like that and do something i forget it from cydia please anyone help me
i've restore my phone and jb again and still same problem
even i use free account to download still same problem
please help me

This usually means that there is some sort of security flag or question on your account or credit card. You will, as the email said, need to contact iTunes Store support to proceed further.
