    speaker volume

    The volume level on my new iPhone 4 is not as high as on my previous iPhone. Even with the volume control set up to maximum, I have trouble hearing callers on my phone, especially if there is any background noise. Is there some way to raise the basic volume?

    Yeah i noticed that too. I had the 3gs before this one. I cant remember what it was like on the 3gs but i think it was a lot higher than this.

    Ive always wante to try that but am scared its gunna reduce the life o my speaker. Apple didnt just set a volume limit for the heck of it.
