I tried, it's not possible. The text is coded into the application itself, it is not set with a plist file or anything like that, you would have to decompile the app and make the modifications in XCode and then recompile it.

You can get rid of the slide arrow and the words. However, it's a two-step process:
(1) Install the free Cydia tweak "Invisible Slider." This will remove the words from the screen. Then...
(2) Either theme the arrow out (make a transparent PNG image) using Winterboard or go into the tweak itself and change the PNG file to remove the arrow. As I don't like to mess with the actual files (theming seems safer to me), that's what I did.
The Unfold tweak is found under the address /Library/Application Support/Unfold. To theme it, I put two transparent PNG images into a Winterboard theme - the theme address being: YourThemeName/Bundles/de.maxner.unfold/slide.png (and/or slide@2x.png).
Here's a pic to show my Unlock tweak in action - with no slider and no text:
