Skylanders Cloud Patrol Free for Limited Time

It certainly does seem to be a great week for free games, with Free App A Day currently sponsoring Skylander Cloud Patrol as a free download from the App Store. This incredibly popular game from Activision is another way for fans of the Skylanders franchise to play as their favourite characters from the series, which was the number one kids game of 2011. Skylanders Cloud Patrol features more than 30 characters from Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure, and is set in a new region of Skylands that has been overrun by the evil minions of Portal Master, Kaos. The player gets to take command of a mighty sky-ship and use their favourite Skylander to take on the baddies either by tapping and shooting or swiping the screen for awesome combos. You can also use the code bundled with your real-life Skylanders action figures to unlock Skylanders and Magic Items in the iOS game.
