For everyone out there who is glued to the Olympic Games on TV and wants to do something Olympian without even getting up from their chair, the great American Olympic sprinter Michael Johnson’s Fun Run game is currently available to download for free from the App Store for the duration of the Olympics. The game was developed and produced by Moshen, and challenges kids of all ages to produce world-beating personal bests in order to earn gold, silver or bronze medals. You can either take to the track or run across country, boosting energy levels by eating healthy food and avoiding the junk food on the way. Basically, aside from wanting you to have fun playing the game, Johnson also wants you to learn about how important exercising and eating the right foods can be for a healthy lifestyle.

Speaking about the app Michael Johnson said: “We need more children to understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and exercise and a good diet are key to achieving this. Michael’s app will hopefully get kids interesting in running and also teach them about a balanced diet in a fun way.”
