Yes, simply connect your iPhone to your PC, start iTunes, and press "restore". The iPhone should be reset to factory settings with the latest version of IOS and without the jailbreak. Simple (although the process will take some time)

If you din't mind, I would suggest to restore it as a new phone. That way it should 100% delete everything in connection with JB.
