There's no way to update your iOS version and have Cydia automatically installed. On iOS 6... you can only Jailbreak, currently, if you're using an iPhone 4 or older iPhone.

Ok I have iPhone 4 but I understand what you mean and thank you I appreciate that. And also my friend want to jailbreak his iPhone 4s but is iPhone 4s IOS 6 support jailbreak yet?

No, there is no way to jailbreak iOS6 on a 4S right now.
