Assuming you mean the new iPhone 4 and the still current iPhone 3GS, there are a substantial number of differences between these models in design, display, capability, performance, battery life and more.
For most users, the iPhone 4 is "worth it," but an independent comparison can be useful for you to decide whether the lower upfront price of the iPhone 3GS is more important than the other differences.
Also, keep in mind that most of the cost is not upfront, but is tied to the plan. This can be worthwhile to provide a better idea of the total cost of ownership.- Share
