Voice memo recorder not completely synchronised?

Hello, I am using the Voice memo recorder for quite many purposes and also need to share the recorded files to others. That should not be a problem since ITunes also have the option to include voice memos in the Music syncronisation, and so the voice files should be made available in the Music Folder of the synced computer.
However, if I compare the available sound files in the iPhone I do notice that some files are missing in the synchronised computer folder.

This is quite frustrating as there are some files I need to copy that simply does not show up in the synchronised folder, so is this problem known?
