sync iphone 4 outlook mail

How i can sync the mail from outlook to iphone 4
i would like to sync iphone outlook like blackberry it's possible???
With itunes i can sync only the calendar the contacts and the account of e-mail but not the mails
can i transfer the old mail in outlook on my new iphone 4
can you help me??

Just add the email to the mail section on your iPhone. If it's setup correctly it will download all the emails on the account right to your phone.

I went in mail contacts calendar in my iphone e i found my account (with the information that itunes copy from my outlook ) but i couldn t find the mail section.
CAn you tell me where I set the mails??
I must use exchange on my iphone??

If i use my phone outside and with 3g i download the mails but when i sync outlook with itunes doesn't work the old mails doesn't transfer on my Iphone

Not in my office, the proxy is very limited for some web pages so probably this server address is blocked

OutlookReflex is not an web application its a mobile application, where you need to set your work environment.
You can also visit their official website which explains how to activate outlook in iPhone
