About LinkBacksI have an iphone 4 with 4.3.2 IOS. When I turn off my iphone and then turn it on again, my background apps remain. Shouldn't they be closed when I turn off my iphone. Is this normal?

it's normal, they shouldn't be close when you turn off your phone. They are always there until you close them by yourself.
