Lost so much :( Please help

Today my iPhone crashed. When I got it back on, I noticed it had deleted all of my text messages (yes, ALL). I hooked it up to my computer and restored from a backup that was made 4 days ago. When it finished, the most recent texts were from May, and all of my Contacts, Texts, Pictures, and app data from May are completely gone. I then restored from the backup that was made today before my initial backup and it didn't change a thing; I still have my old texts/pictures, etc. Is there any way to get my phone back to what it was this morning!?!?!? I don't care at this point if all my texts are gone, but I really want my app data, pictures, contacts, and calender entries back!

Please help!!!

EDIT: Even if I can undo my restore from today I'll be happy

Unfortunately unless you did a backup this morning before restoring, you can't.

It's always best to do regular backups of your phone, and I'd always do one before restoring to an older backup.

This is true. If you didn't back up prior to the incident you're out luck.
