Iphone and exchange accoun URGENT thanks

Hi I have configure a couple of iphones with exxchange accounts and they are working fine and now i'm doing mine that i don't know why it doesn't work I'm doing exactly the same process than the other two but nothing. validate the account but then when i'm trying to get emails says that connot connect to the server.
I found that the other two have the same on the username than the inbox name. example hk.hotel user and then the inbox name is hk.hotel. And it works but the one it doens't have as a user example hk.hotel and inbox name (on web exchange server.) only hk.
Can be this the reasion why is not receiving the emails.

Can you tell me any solution for it?
