There are a couple of browsers that will run the flash content on thud server and display it for you. Check the App store.
Flash itself will never be available on the iPhone- Share

So out of curiosity why will flash not be available for iPhone? Is USA conflict of interest thing?

Flash will not be available for the iPad because it runs so poorly on mobile devices that Apple refuses to include it.
Adobe has now officially canceled development on Mobile Flash to embrace HTML 5- Share
