    Lightbulb About charging

    hello dear members of forum.I have joined this forum to ask that question.When I pulled off my iphone4 from charge it has a battery level of %96(I'm sure!!!!)than I looked at it again 20 minutes later but it has a level of %98 what is the main reason?(sory for grammer mistakes I'm not American or English.(((I'm sure about numbers)))

    hmmm only after 20 minutes??? what do you do with your iphone in that 20 minutes? what apps do you have open? is it jailbroken?? full details please..

    I had run none apps or sbsettigs etc.
    It was locked.
