Hello everyone, my Verizon iPhone is intermittently unable to make or receive calls (yes I do have reception). Has anyone experienced this before? I've called Verizon customer service and they were no help and suggested replacing the device which I did. Apple sort of suggested it's a Verizon issue, so they're kinda blaming eachother- and I'm stuck in the middle. Do you think it's a Verizon or iPhone problem? What should I do?
One reason I think it's a Verizon issue is, I've had 2 iPhones that had the same problem- what are the chances of that? One reason I believe it's a Apple iPhone issue is because ALL of the Verizon phones in my household work perfectly, except mine. Again it's intermittent, which is why I recorded videos.

Yours is a tough question to answer. If it were me, I'd go to the nearest AT&T store and get an iPhone on their service and see if there's any difference! This is what I did, and I eventually settled on AT&T. If you still have the same problem with AT&T, then you REALLY have a problem!! Let us know.

Note that you have a 30-day return policy.
Either way if AT&T was better I still wouldn't be able to get it. Would lose verizons family plan + unlimited data + 75%+ of my contacts are Verizon so it's free mobile to mobile. I did have AT&T many years ago and I wasn't impressed. Honestly don't think it's a Verizon problem at this point, but the iPhone itself.
The battery has suddenly started to drain FAST and the data usage is ridiculously high (just like the last iPhone, but this time it's more severe). This just happened tonight.
Guess I'm going to the damn Apple Store again later today or tomorrow... Good thing ZAGG has lifetime warranty, will be the 5th time using warranty replacement lol.
When I dial *228 it stays stuck at "calling" with NO dialing tone and NO timer. After 15-30 seconds of that, it will either say "Call Failed" or "Call Ended". When my iPhone is working properly I can call any number, it is totally random whether it works or not. The main problem is, my iPhone is unreliable right now- I have to constantly make test calls to see if it's working or not.
Btw, how were you on 2 carriers at once? I don't understand.
