So, I googled this problem and found a guide that talked about it, they said that the problem wasn't Apple's as long as you had the automatic send diagnostic information turned off. Which I did. Oh, here's the article btw. I just don't understand what is going on. Is it just my phone? I have a 4s btw. Or is it something that more than just a few select people are experiencing? Any ideas on what I can do would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check your apps using location services

Not good, soccer..... and no, this is not a common problem for most users. You've got something activated on your phone that's sending out huge packets -- have you tried "closing" all your running apps for a day, or so, then check to see if you have that packet loss? Have you disabled your 3G when not in use? There are lots of solutions, but you gotta play with the options available.
