Two iPhones 1 iTunes account

Ok I have searched and tried to find the answers but must not be wording it correctly. I carry two phones two different pieces of information on each with different emails. I don't want to use the same cloud address since I'm trying to keep work and personal separate however I want my iTunes to show on both phones. I have paid for iTunes Match (I know different thing) but none of my music shows on my second phone. I even have home share on which doesn't help unless I'm on my network. Isn't my music on the cloud and should sync with that apple I'd? What am I doing wrong? Help me fix THANKS!!

get an icloud acct for your 2nd one and Share the same itunes account on both.

Ok so my iCloud account is my the same as my iTunes account so if I'm understanding you right I need to change my iCloud account and have a different one for my second phone. Correct?

When I tried to log in it told me I had to wait X days before I could use the iTunes account again. Did I do something wrong?
