live view with my iphone 4

I am giving a talk on Imovie 4 using my iphone 4. Is there anyway to do a live view of the screen as I do my demo. I would like to use a digital projector so everyone in the class can watch it. Thanks.

So far the best we can use is
Veency, but you need your phone to be jailbroken though. I have seen Steve doing presentation but no idea what's that software.

Hey, thanks for the response. It would be nice if Apple would give out the app that they use in their presentations...
