So the volume on all sounds works fine, as does my speaker.
Here is my problem, when I make calls to people, it really is hard to hear them, even with the volume turned up all the way.
Has anybody else had this problem and do you know a solution?

Sorry, I have not. In fact, the call quality is one reason I purchased an iPhone.

Very 1s thing to do is to take off the protective plastic film .
otherwise we need to get used to the adjustment of hte speaker.
Is this a hearing impaired Iphone, Lol.
I agree with your observation. The call voice "should" be louder, as is everything else. It's good enough for me at the max volume setting, but I don't understand why it's not as loud (or seems that way) -- on the speaker option -- as those lame music ringtones we hear all over town.
I wonder if the ottobox defender case is the problem, and if any other case would not have this be an issue.
I can barely hear with it.
