Pre-ordered 2 phones. The first i was able to have shipped. The second, after an hour of trying, ended up reserving at my local store. Got my first phone yesterday and activated/restored through iTunes with no problems.

Called my local Apple store this morning....3-4 hour wait at 7:30am. Called at noon....line even longer. Same story at 5:00. Finally went in to the store at 7:00pm and the lines were over 4 hours. Staff was planning on staying past midnight to fulfill all of the reservations.

I walked up with my first iPhone, and asked if I could buy accessories. The line for accessories was only 5 minutes long. I bought a dock and asked the sales rep if I could pick up my second phone right away. He said Sure.... I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Got lucky and was able to go home to the family and surprise my wife with her new iP4 birthday gift.
