"Camera Shots" Album Stuck!

My album of "camera shots" is stuck in my "photos" folder! It's stuck undress the banner that says "albums". I try to pull the album down by sliding my finger downward on the screen but the album just bounces back to the top of the screen. Ugh it's so frustrating! Please help! Any ideas?!?!

I used to access the camera album through my camera but now the album I'm sent to is one I made from other photos off my computer. This problems been happening about three months now. It's so frustrating but because of the "new" issue now it's to much! Haha. I even tried fixing it on my commuter when I sync my photos to iTunes. Oye vey....
