the app store annoying

i find this annoying with the itunes store

when browsing apps say i am on page 10
when i go back to the previous page it doesn't take me back to page 10 to view more apps on the page
it takes me back to page 1
so i have to scroll through again.

there's pages and pages of apps as we all no and this doesn't help searching. imagine being on page 48

is there a way round it so it puts you on the page we you were on ??

even on the app store on the phone
why does it go to home screen after downloading a app it should do it in the back ground so you dont have to go through it all again to get were you left off.

its my 1st iphone
