When i go into Settings > carrier and turn automatic off, i get this screen, currently i have a vodafone sim card in the iphone on pay as you go, but i need to change it to a three sim card on contract.
By the way i am running ios 6.1 if thats any help

No - that screen just means that when you have turned off "Automatic" then those are the networks that your phone can "sense" around it.
To see if your phone is unlocked you must try "other" sim cards in it to see if they work.- Share
