Battery draining over 20 % an hour

Had 2 replacement phones from apple in the last 2 weeks but still getting the same problem.
Any ideas?
Restored as new phone on the last replacement with no apps on and still drained

Is your 3G on at all times? Do you have fetching of data on constantly? Do you have notifications settings on with sounds and constant fetching?

My 4s, with 3G constantly on and push notifications off and some location services off, gives me about 13% an hour. If my 3G is off then I got about 11%. The 2% difference is not that much, so I leave 3G on. And I am on ios 6.0.1. What helped me was the draining to 0% and full charge for2 - 3 times. Before that my usage was 18% and more.
